About DisCom
I’m Elizabeth Corse, or Liz for short.
For more than 15 years I’ve brought energy, enthusiasm and expertise to organisations of all sizes and sectors, as they navigate a changing business landscape where resilience and sustainability increasingly take centre stage.
I founded DisCom in 2023. We support leadership teams to secure stakeholder buy-in for their business goals, using sustainability as a universal bridge to bring together people from all industries and roles.
We blend strategic thinking with hands-on implementation and deliver business and team development, training and events in a way that is accessible, entertaining and relevant. Our approach is about convening, not convincing.
Discombobulated
Adjective: Informal. Confused, disconcerted or upset.

We know the world is changing, and that our businesses need to change with it, but it feels safer to stick with what we know and what we’ve always done. The cognitive dissonance we experience with this approach often leaves us feeling discombobulated.
The solution is discussion and community – safe spaces for open and honest conversations that are free from judgement and encompass different viewpoints and experiences. Using sustainability to bring people together to learn, upskill, and share experience builds trust and confidence in negotiating the changing world, so that we can face new challenges together.
