A 3-day science conference bringing together 180 guests across 26 teams meeting for the first time.

The challenge: Build trust quickly across a complex mix of national and international stakeholders so they could collaborate effectively.

As conference host, I became an extension of the internal team, creating a psychologically safe space for dialogue whilst maintaining energy across multiple sessions. Through facilitation that maintained the common thread across a highly technical programme, I supported the team to create a one-of-a-kind moment for connection. Dispersed, diverse teams built the trust needed to work together on forecasting critical climate tipping points. When I realised there was no official photo scheduled, some quick thinking meant we captured THE shot - 180 people who'd become a collaborative community in just three days.

A flagship 1,000-person conference in an iconic London landmark

The challenge: Launching and delivering E3G's inaugural State of Climate Politics Forum in 2024 (and subsequent 2025 event), demonstrating their global convening power by bringing together government officials, business leaders and academics for high-level dialogue on climate politics.

Full-service event production from stakeholder mapping through to hosting and follow-up, creating a key moment for E3G to engage with their key stakeholders at scale.

Integrating seamlessly into the E3G team, I project-managed a very tight turnaround whilst keeping stakeholders engaged and maintaining momentum throughout the planning process.
