I’m Elizabeth, or Liz for short.
Known as a super connector in climate and impact circles, I bring energy, enthusiasm and expertise to organisations of all sizes and sectors, as they navigate a changing business landscape where resilience and sustainability increasingly take centre stage.
With a background in climate, startups and tech at Tech Nation, I help workplaces use sustainability to build trust with key stakeholder engagement on sustainability. I spent 10 years working in climate, and the last 5 years at the heart of the UK climate tech ecosystem, building a curated network of 3000+ innovators, change champions, and business leaders.
I founded DisCom in 2023 as a stakeholder engagement consultancy to support leadership teams secure buy-in for their business goals, using sustainability as a universal bridge to bring together people from all industries and roles.

Our first dinner brings together all the members of the 2027 DisComcierge x ChangeNOW cohort, where everyone can get to know each other, discuss what they’re looking for and share what they can bring to the group.

Applications open in November 2025. The final cohort will be confirmed in December, ahead of ChangeNOW 2027.
